This Chitty tribute has been built to the original paterns and has been checked by one of the original team that built the cars at Alan Mann Racing 50 years ago.

Six cars were originally built for the 1968 film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.  Those cars all used V6 Ford Essex engines with Borg Warner gearboxes. Everything about Chitty is large. 5 meters long without the picnic basket and wings. 7 meters long with all fitted. The wheels are 36" in diameter and the tyres are from Lester in USA.

Chitty drives beautifully and is the centre of attention at any event. Available to be seen at Brookspeed's showroom in Chandlers Ford, SO53 1JH, UK
