Wow. What a day. Came down to continue the hunt for a new car and worth the long journey. Really hospitable people. Simon and Ian showed me round their well sorted operation which includes a showroom, servicing and MOT bays. Really made to feel at home and comfortable as I asked hundreds of questions and inspected several cars. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car or to maintain their current car to give these guys a shout.

For the two years of Covid, Brookspeed serviced & maintained our 2016 BMW 218SE Convertible. On each occasion, Martin collected the car from us in Ocean Village, drove it to Chandlersford and brought it back that evening MoT'd and serviced (and cleaned!).When we decided, a month ago, to give up driving, Martin offered to sell the car for us. He picked it up, did all (and I mean all) the paperwork including advertising online and now (less than four weeks later) Brookspeed have sold the car and passed over the cash.Impeccable and reliable service.

Great service for MOT and annual service for my much loved Boxster S. I had an issue with the battery a while back and they advised over the phone before dispatching a technician to my home to resolve the issue. Took a donation only for their efforts - fantastic service and I thoroughly recommend for anyone who loves their car. They will too!

Really pleased to find this Porsche specialist- they are very knowledgeable and went to a lot of trouble to explain what needed to be done. Technician was very clear when he explained and showed me under my Boxster what required attention and certainly was not there to find work, more so to save me money! The office staff were so helpful and really friendly too. The owner of the business was happy to spend time with me as well so in a summing up I’d say that I would highly recommend this company to any Porsche owner. Just got car back from major service - very thorough inspection of car. Staff very friendly and informative. I was kept up to speed and consulted always beforehand if some unexpected parts were faulty and had to be subsequently replaced. Never seen a cleaner car when I picked it up too! Outstanding service!

I got my first ever Porsche (a 2001 boxster) a little under a year ago. Whilst I did not get this car from Brookspeed, I visited them for some "novice" advice. Considering I had not made an appointment/did not get my car from them, they were brilliant and were very attentive and very objective. Having spent a great summer driving this car, I've been back to them over the summer to get an indicator stalk replaced/fitted, have a new exhaust and, more recently, following my MOT advisories, had new brake discs/pads and some other work completed. Everyone I have been in contact with are very polite, professional, and for me, give fantastic, objective advice. Any work I have had done with them is always explained to me in full, and the final bill always within any estimates quoted. Janine and Ian in particular have been extremely helpful over this short time that I have had my Porsche, and I really would not consider "her" being anywhere else when work is needed. A great little team who give me confidence allowing me to enjoy my first Porsche!!

I'm lucky enough to have been the proud owner of a 2001 986 for three years now and have been using Brookspeed throughout my ownership. From the initial pre-purchase inspection (which helped significantly with the negotiation with the dealer); minor and major servicing; to my most recent exhaust fit. Dealing with them has been a real delight; Martin, Ian, Janine, Jason, Simon and the rest of the workshop crew are all very friendly, professional and willing to help and offer sensible advice whenever they can.

I've been using Brookspeed for about 5 years now, initially to maintain (And then sell on my behalf) my 996 Turbo and now to maintain and upgrade my current 996 Carrera 2. Over the past 5 years they have always been there with a friendly greeting (Janine is just fantastic!) and boundless help, advice and experience and I've always found them to go beyond my expectations (Despite always handing me invoices that seem to be slightly less than I had been expecting!) An example of this service was when I had my suspension fully refreshed and Ohlins coilovers fitted. On first booking the car in Janine suggested that if I could wait a few weeks they could have their race team suspension expert Simon (Yes, Brookspeed run a number of racing cars... Boxsters and a Carrera Cup I believe!) advise and set up my suspension. It is not often one has the opportunity to make use of this level of experience so I gladly agreed. After some discussion with Simon about how I intended to use the car a plan was formed and a date booked. On the chosen day I dropped the car off with a newly developed fluid leak ("Don't worry, we can sort that out while its here") and there then followed daily updates from Janine and Neil (The technician working on my car) keeping me updated, sending me pictures, suggesting that the bump stops could do with replacing etc. As you can imagine it's fantastic to be kept up to date like this and to know that the guys working on your car care and know what they are looking at! On collecting the car I was shown the new alignment diagram for the new (GT3 ride height) suspension and all I could say is "Wow!" Most of my cars have had modified suspension and full alignments done but I have never before see readouts as precise and symetrical as those shown for my car now and I'm sure indicative of the attitude of Race Team technicians. So thank you to Janine, Simon, Neil, Martin and everyone at Brookspeed. The fact that I am on first name terms with pretty much everyone there is a great indication of what a friendly, trustworthy and welcoming place it is. It won't surprise you to hear (If you've made it this far!) to hear that I unreservedly recommend them and will be using them for all further maintenance and upgrades on my Carrera.
