Itinerary Overview
Wednesday – Arrival & Welcome
15:00–19:00 – Arrival and informal meet & greet at the circuit with light drinks and snacks. Optional signing-on before heading to your accommodation.
Thursday – Track Day One
08:15 – Drivers’ briefing.
09:00 – Track opens with group sessions (beginner / intermediate / experienced).
Transition to the open pit lane once sound levels allow.
12:00–14:00 – Lunch at the circuit restaurant.
17:30 – Track closes.
Evening – Group dinner or free time to explore local cuisine.
Friday – Track Day Two & Farewell
08:45 – Morning briefing.
09:00 – Open Pit Lane all day.
12:00–14:00 – Lunch at the circuit.
17:30 – Track closes.
Evening – Cocktail reception, dinner, and prize-giving.
