• At our Eastleigh site we specialise in the servicing and sales of Audi and Volkswagen vehicles including VW T5 and T6 Transporter models.

Skilled Technician

We are looking for an individual that takes pride in their work and would like to work in our service department servicing and maintaining vehicles of the highest quality.

The role:
You will be working with a talented and friendly team of Technicians, responsible for the maintenance and repair of motor vehicles for our customers. Using diagnostic tools and equipment, the role is varied and rewarding. We deal with the problems main dealers don’t have the flexibility to resolve.

About you:
You must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).
Ideally, you will have the ability to work within given timescales and the ability to tackle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing. Diagnostic skills and experience in problem-solving are essential.

 Vehicle Sales & Customer Experience Lead

We are looking for an individual who is confident, professional and commercially minded and would like to play a key role in our vehicle sales operation while supporting the day-to-day running of our Porsche & Performance site.

 
The role:

You will be responsible for managing vehicle sales enquiries, conducting viewings and guiding customers through high-value purchases in a professional and consultative manner. Alongside this, you will assist with the daily front desk operations — answering incoming calls, supporting service and maintenance bookings, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand standards.

 
The role also includes involvement in marketing our vehicles, helping prepare listings, supporting photography and contributing to walkaround videos and social media content focused on car sales. The position is varied, visible and central to the customer experience at Brookspeed.

About you:

You will be confident communicating both in person and over the phone, organised in your approach and comfortable discussing vehicle values. A strong customer focus is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks within a busy but professional environment.

Experience in automotive sales is beneficial but not essential. We also welcome applicants from premium retail, property sales, hospitality, client services or marketing backgrounds. An interest in performance or prestige vehicles would be advantageous.
